You can ask Be Free University to delete your account and the personal data connected to it at any time. This covers the website and the Be Free University mobile app, which share one account.
Before you start
- Cancel any active membership on your Subscriptions page so you are not billed again.
- Deleting your whole account ends your access to the website and the app and cannot be undone.
How it works
- Fill in the form below with the email address on your account.
- We email you a link to confirm the request is really from you. Nothing is deleted until you click it.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days of your confirmation and email you when it is done.
What we delete
Your account and profile; your Free Nation posts, comments, photos, and messages; your learning progress and workbook answers; information you saved in our tools; your device notification tokens; and your Lisa conversation history.
What we may keep
Records of purchases, payments, and refunds that we must keep for tax, accounting, and legal reasons, and information needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes, only for as long as the law requires. Copies of messages already delivered to other members may remain visible to them.
