SMS Policy
1. Service Description Be Free University, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a Short Message Service (“SMS”) to share information about sales, special offerings, trainings (free and paid), alerts, reminders, and other related content (“Service”).
2. Opt-In Confirmation Users can opt into our Service by entering their phone number on a form or landing page on our website. By opting in, users agree to receive text messages from Be Free University, LLC as described in these terms.
3. Opt-Out Information Users can opt out of our Service at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our text message campaigns. Upon receiving an opt-out message, we will stop sending messages to that number.
4. Message Frequency During campaigns or reminders, users may receive up to 2 text messages per day. Typically, users will receive approximately 1 message per week.
5. Fees Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to or from the user. Users are responsible for any such charges from their mobile carrier.

8. Liability Limitations We are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service operator.
