Refund and Returns Policy

We at Be Free University are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality books and an excellent shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a book, and we have created this return policy to accommodate these situations. 

Return Window: Customers may return books within 14 days of receiving them. The return window starts from the date the book is delivered, as tracked by the delivery service. Returns initiated after this 14-day period will not be accepted. 

Return Condition: Books should be returned in the same condition as they were received. This means books should be unused, unmarked, and undamaged. If a book is returned damaged, marked, or visibly used, the return may not be accepted and any refund might be denied. 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. 

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days. 

Exchanges: We only replace books if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you require an exchange for the same book, please email us at support@befree.university. 

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that sale items, and digital products such as e-books or audiobooks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
