Tamiko, in the video module
“7 Metrics Every Investor Should Utilize” look for the “calculations worksheet” right under the title and resources. The excel sheet is there. Just know the sheet did have some cells that needed to be corrected while we were going through it in class, but hopefully it has been updated so you won’t get an error response. You should be able to plug in the numbers that are relevant and get the correct answer if the excel sheet has been updated.

Tamiko, probably the easiest way to get to the answer would be to use the excel sheet George provided call “How to Measure a Return on an Investment” it was a resource in one of the modules. I have it downloaded. I will try to post here, send to you, or find in the modules. I don’t remember which one it was posted in. Sorry for late response, I just seeing this today.
